Our systems are designed to lower radon levels to the lowest levels possible by installing suction points in crawl spaces, slab-on-grade areas and under the garage slab.

We may perform radon diagnostic testing to determine if the system is working properly or to prove that additional work is needed. This will prevent the owner from wasting money on additional tests. Note: Owner still needs to perform an independent post-mitigation radon test.

We use PVC pipe instead of downspout as the exterior exhaust.

We install vibration reducers on the exhaust pipe where the pipe contacts the house to further reduce fan noise.

We do not connect our system to the same breaker as the smoke detectors, furnace or sump pump; or we will install a GFI that will trip before the breaker does. A contractor that does not perform this step may put your home at risk of flooding, pipes bursting and possible fire.
